Drvengrad – Küstendorf : hotels "Mećavnik" and "Mladost"

We suggest that participants make reservations at Hotel "Mećavnik", which is located at the same yard where the workshop will take place. Participants may also arrange accommodation in “Mladost” Hotel that is about 8 km far form Drvengrad, but belongs to the same ethno village complex. During the workshop sufficiently frequent transport on relation Mladost-Drvengard will be provided.
For accommodation booking and accommodation payment contact directly hotel “Mecavnik” and hotel “Mladost” booking center.
When you reserve accommodation through booking center, be sure to specify that you are participant of 2nd WeBIOPATR Workshop as the Organizing Committee has reserved full capacity at hotel “Mecavnik” and hotel “Mladost”.
Booking manager will reply to confirm your reservation and to send you instructions for pre-payment. Due to limited capacities at Drvengrad, participants need book accommodation as soon as possible.

Prices of accommodation at hotel “Mecavnik” and hotel “Mladost” depend on type of room/apartment and number of persons per room/apartment. Range of prices for accommodation + breakfast + tax is between 35.00-80.00 EUR for different type of rooms/apartments and number of persons that occupied.
It may be underlined that payment make down from Serbia have to be only in RSD. Prices list in EUR and RSD may be downloaded from here

Hotel "Mokra Gora"

Alternatively, we recommended participants to make reservations in the Hotel “Mokra Gora“, that is located 10 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car from Drvengrad.
Rooms prices for accomodation in the hotel „Mokra Gora“ is in range 1565.00-1965.00 RSD that is about 16.00-20.00 EUR.

Belgrade is easily accessible by airplane from airport “Nikola Tesla”. Domestic and many European companies have regular flights to airport “Nikola Tesla” (Phone: +381 11 209 4444). Mokra Gora is far from Belgrade about 250 km and about 100 km far from Sarajevo (Bosnia and Hercegovina) by car and bus.
Organizing Committee plan to arrange shuttle transport for the workshop participants from Belgrade to Mokra Gora in afternoon on August 28th and August 29th 2009.
The Organizing Committee plan to arrange shuttle bus transport for workshop participants from Mokra Gora to Belgrade in the evening about 20.00 on September 2nd and after breakfast in morning about 7.00 on September 3rd 2009.
Participants may reach Mokra Gora from Belgrade by public transport. Buses from Belgrade bus station, Železnička 4, before reach Višegrad (Bosnia and Hercegovina) pass through Mokra Gora. There is direct transport by bus from Sarajevo to Mokra Gora twice a day.


Currency:
The official currency in Serbia is dinar (RSD). Most foreign currencies can be converted in banks, hotels or exchange offices. International credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
Insurance:
The organizer does not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
Passport and visa information:
A valid passport and/or identity card is required for all participants. Visa may be required for some countries, for specific information, please consult web page of the and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Serbia as well as nearest Serbian embassy. Those who plan to travel through Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro or Croatia please consult Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia.
