Научни интерес:

Primena molekularne onkogenetike u klinickoj praksi. Analiza promena u genima kao sto su:

-mutacije onkogena (ras) i hipermetilacija kao epigenetska modifikacija u CpG promotorskom regionu gena (p16, p15, MGMT) kod pacijenata obolelih od raznih oblika leukemije i kolorektalnog karcinoma.

-translokacija bcl2/JH t(14;18) kod NHL limfoma, bcr-abl t(9;22) kod CML i nakon transplantacije kostne srzi.

Application of molecular oncogenetic in medicine. Analysis of:

-oncogene mutation (ras) and methylation as epigenetic modification of CpGs islands in the gene promoter region (p16, p15, MGMT) in patients with leukemia or colorectal carcinomas.

-bcl2/JH t(14;18) translocation in patients with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma; bcr/abl t(9;22) translocation in patients with CML and after bone marrow transplantation.
